    If you want decent surplus in the area, just head to Neepawa and visit Anderson & Anderson.

    Honestly, 25 years ago, this was the place to go. These days however, everything he owns is either rusted to nothing (if it's metal) or mouse eaten and rotten (if it's cloth) and ALL of it is overpriced.

    I have bought multiple pairs of combat boots here and the pants they sell last longer than the carhartts I bought in the past. Good quality stuff and the guy who works there is really nice, willing to help as much as he can.

    The price will literally, double from where you were talking to him about it in the field, to when you get to the shack he uses as an office. (no, I'm not kidding, this happened to me and another person I know).
